24HR Focus ("the app") is a personal task and routine planner. This policy explains what data the app uses and — just as importantly — what it doesn't.
If you grant location access, the app sends your coordinates to Open-Meteo, a free public weather API, to show live weather effects on the home screen. Open-Meteo does not require or receive your name, device ID, or any other identifying information — only latitude and longitude. You can skip this during setup or turn it off later in iOS Settings; the app falls back to a default scene with no weather effects.
If you use the voice-input button to add a task by speaking, the app uses Apple's on-device/system Speech framework to convert your speech to text. Audio is processed under Apple's own Speech Recognition privacy terms, not the app's — 24HR Focus never stores or transmits audio recordings itself.
If enabled, the app schedules a local daily reminder notification at your chosen wake time. This is generated entirely on-device; no notification content is sent anywhere.
Before deleting a task, the app asks iOS to confirm you're the device owner using Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode. This confirmation happens entirely within Apple's system authentication framework — the app never sees, stores, or has access to your biometric data. It only receives a yes/no result.
The Share feature lets you export your tasks as plain text, entirely at your own initiative, to share or back up however you choose. Deleting the app removes all locally stored data.
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change too. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
